Kirsty is an amazing agent. We recently bought a property through her and she was exceptional from start to finish- always quick getting back to us, knowledgable about the property and the Samford area and genuinely went out of her way to help us throughout the process. Nothing was too hard. Even when things became challenging, she found a solution. Having dealt with Kirsty as a buyer, I wouldn't hesitate to use her to sell a property in the future. We couldn’t recommend Peter Dabas and Craig Doyle Samford highly enough and are so grateful he was part of such an important chapter in our lives. We first met Peter when we were looking to buy a block, and from our very first meeting we were really impressed by his welcoming personality, professionalism and genuine approach. What stood out most was his communication. Peter was always easy to get hold of, always followed up and always returned our calls. After having frustrating experiences with other agents in the area who were difficult to contact or didn’t return calls, this made such a difference to us. The first block we looked at with Peter wasn’t the right one for us, but we were so impressed by him that we knew when we eventually found our block, Peter would be the person we wanted to sell our home. As it turned out, Peter ended up finding us our dream block off-market and assisted us through the entire process of purchasing it, while also helping us prepare to sell our existing home. When it came time to sell, Peter made us feel involved in the campaign and genuinely valued our input about how we wanted to present and sell our property. His communication throughout the campaign was fantastic, and we always knew what was happening. We never felt out of the loop and always knew Peter was just a phone call away. Most importantly, Peter delivered an amazing result. He sold our house for the price we wanted and, even better, to a lovely couple who we know will look after the place. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. We are now happily on our dream block, getting ready to build our new home, and it’s pretty special to look back and realise that meeting Peter played such a big part in getting us here. Peter is approachable, reliable, genuine, incredibly communicative and someone who genuinely cares about his clients. If you’re thinking about buying or selling, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peter. We would like to share our amazing experience with Peter Dabas, during the sale of our property in Samford. Right from day one, Peter was very easy to like and trust. Not pushy, but very informative and gave us a feeling that he was going to handle our experience with professionalism and care. We certainly weren’t disappointed. We highly recommend Peter, as buying and selling property, can be a very stressful time.  Not in this instance, as Peter stayed focused, his communication is simply amazing, and his willingness to assist in anything you require, is something else. Will always return your calls at anytime day and night.
Peter has the ability to bring any pressured moments down to a level where you can see things clearly and have a laugh. In saying that, he does listen to your concerns and addresses them directly.
